The development consists of 11 houses and 23 apartments, helping create more new homes for the Wythenshawe and meeting a key objective of WCHG’s corporate plan.
This much needed multi tenure development will provide seven essential one bedroom and sixteen two-bedroom social rent apartments in one block. This is complemented with six desirable three-bedroom shared ownership semi-detached houses. Alongside five outright sale detached houses, two of which are four bed and three, three bed homes.
Previously on this site was the former Alfred Morris Court development which was under occupied and not suitably designed for a refurbishment/redesign project. Demolition was completed at the end of 2019.
