Cannon Hussey
We were instructed to replace the existing external cladding panels with a superior rated product for fire compliance. Internally, we are installing a new sprinkler system to cover all internal flat areas.

Arthur Millwood
The works on Arthur Millwood have been similar to those on Cannon Hussey with the removing of existing cladding panels. We have stripped back the fabric to install a new cladding support system and new Alucobond A2 rated panelling. Internally, we are installing a new sprinkler system to cover all internal flat areas.

As a partner contractor for Salix high rise works, we were involved in the project from an early stage, providing programme durations and budget costs to support their funding application for the Ground Source Heat Pumps. Therefore, our approach to programme management was robust and well developed. As a result of this and our monthly progress meetings held with the client, we were able to meet our agreed milestone dates.
Liaison with M & E and Communications bodies regarding temporary and permanent relocation of plant and equipment on roof of both blocks.
This scheme was procured as a direct result of the Grenfell tragedy due to similar cladding materials present. We worked collaboratively with Salix, and together we were early adopters that assisted the implementation of the development of the ‘Building a Safer Future’ Charter.
