We have some amazing news to share! Following a recent Investors in People assessment, we are thrilled to announce that we have for the second time, achieved the “We invest in people gold accreditation.”
We want to thank all our employees for their contribution and dedication because this is a great achievement for all of us. Only 28% of organisations achieve gold and at the crux of it, it means that we are all involved in supporting each other and doing our best to make work better. Our invest in people assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear from our employees and we have learnt a lot from what they told us, as well as being delighted to hear that:
- Our people say they work well together.
- Our people believe Casey’s is a great place to work continuing to focus on improving how everyone is led and managed.
- We encourage our people to use their initiative and give them the right level of autonomy to get on with things.
