Casey Building Safety and Skills Academy Opens
In October 2022 we opened our “Casey Building Safety and Skills Academy” which focuses on delivering fire and building safety training and assessments.
As an early Building a Safer Future Charter (BSF) Signatory, we are committed to identifying and sharing best practice for the benefit of our employees, customers and industry. The Academy is used to raise awareness of fire and building safety within our Delivery Teams and extended to our supply chain partners, clients and other stakeholders.
Fitted with fire stopping, fire door test and assessment stations, products and product data information and training room the facility provides theoretical and practical learning. To contribute to Casey purpose of ‘Improving Lives’ we are not only training our employees but have also rolling the programme out to our client and consultant partners.
The opening of the Academy coincides with Casey embarking on their BSF Champion journey, which is a leadership and cultural tool for continual improvement.
