Last week Casey received Gateway 2 Approval for 2 HRB's in Manchester, being delivered in partnership with Salix Homes. This approval was gained shortly before the 8 year anniversary of Grenfell, which is staggering. In those eight years Casey has continued to lead on Building Safety, and our journey of learning and driving continuous improvement, with culture at it’s heart.

Operating collaboratively is key to any project success, particularly on Gateway schemes. Casey continues to drive quality, innovation and value, with customers at its heart. We strongly advocate partnerships, and procurement routes that offer early contractor involvement and a fair and reasonable allocation of risk, offering a nod to Dame Judith Hackitt's statement: “The mindset of doing things as cheaply as possible and passing on responsibility for problems and shortcomings to others must stop.”

Ground Source Heat Pumps
Improved EPC ratings
Target heat demand of <90kWh/m²/year

This fabric-first approach with low carbon heating was designed to improve residents' comfort while driving down energy bills and carbon emissions. Part-funded through SHDF with full PAS2035 and Trustmark compliance, we're ensuring the highest safety and performance standards throughout.
