Over the last 30 years we have transformed more than 25,000 social housing properties which has resulted in improved environments for over 100,000 people.
Maintaining strong communication links with residents whilst works are being carried out to their property has been key to our success in this field. We have dedicated Resident Liaison Officers who take time to understand the needs of each resident, developing a bespoke engagement plan.

“I found Casey to be a highly professional organisation who were willing to go the extra mile to complete the work, with a level of resident focus which impressed me. The scheme was well programmed and the works carried out in a safe and efficient manner at all times. Casey were thoroughly professional and conscientious throughout the scheme.”
