Casey were instructed to carry out construction works on Fitzwarren Court, a 23-storey 135 apartment development in the heart of Salford. Working in collaboration with Salix Homes, the works carried out by Casey encompassed the following: full external refurbishment works, new kitchen and bathroom installations, external wall insulation, ground source heat pump system, new roofing installation, new window installations, flat entrance doors to each property, communal and external works.

Canon Hussey and Arthur Millwood

Cannon Hussy and Arthur Millwood are tower block which stand side by side in Manchester City Centre. Salix Homes directly awarded us the refurbishment of which included: Cannon Hussey We were instructed to replace the existing external cladding panels with a superior rated product for fire compliance. Internally, we are installing a new sprinkler system to cover all internal flat areas.

Littlemoor and Montgomery

Casey worked with First Choice Homes Oldham to make their two towers more energy efficient. As part of the investment at both sites, new exterior wall insulation has been fitted along with a new roofing system and replacement double glazed windows, boosting the thermal efficiency of the buildings to help customers to save on energy bills.

Working in collaboration with Salix Homes works included the full external refurbishment to an occupied 17-storey residential tower block includes insulated render, ground source heat pump system, new roofing installation, windows, flat entrance doors to each property, communal area refurbishment and external works. We worked directly with the client to understand their requirements and, working with designers produced full contractor’s proposals based on the client’s budget and product quality.
