We carry out planned improvement works across a variety of dwellings across the Northwest and Yorkshire.
Works include, but are not limited to; window and door replacements, roofing, kitchens and bathrooms, communal area improvements, external envelope, mechanical and electrical.
We provide a full resident liaison service to support the delivery of the works, we specialise in resident communication - listening and responding to views, opinions, questions and concerns. We support vulnerable residents, implement bespoke procedures meeting the resident needs.

Having worked in a collaborative partnership with Trafford Housing Trust over many years on new build and refurbishment projects, Casey negotiated the new build extension, refurbishment and DDA adaptation repair works to a residential block of flats in Sale, Greater Manchester. The project involved conversion of 28no apartments into 23no apartments – 8no rent-to-buy and 15no rented properties.

The White Lion project incorporated the refurbishment and conversion of an old public house. The existing building is a four-storey Grade II listed building with basements on Great Underbank in Stockport.

The Ridge

Casey were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of a 42 bedroom apartment block. The project involved the removal of the existing larch timber cladding, metal window surrounds and existing trims, remedial works to the existing fixing structure and replacement with Marley “Cedral” cladding boards including new matching trims and opening details.

Ryfields Retirement Village

Casey were awarded refurbishment and improvement works to Ryfields Retirement Village which consists of 242 retirement living apartments and bungalows. Casey are worked closely with YHG and the Design Team to deliver the project within a live environment. Many of the properties had external balconies and access to these had to be managed.
