This was a competitive land bid where we partnered with Cube Homes / Great Places Housing Group, a successful bid resulted in a 109-unit scheme. The scheme is on the old Cussons Soap factory on Kersal Vale Road, which closed almost a decade ago.

Casey worked in partnership with Oldham Council and First Choice Homes to acquire and bring forward council owned sites in the Derker area for the development of 51 new build residential units complete with associated hard and soft landscaping, siteworks, car parking, drainage, services and connections to provide a complete scheme.

Casey constructed of 36 new affordable homes which was built on land formerly used as part of a horticultural nursery adjacent to the Grade II listed Tanhouse Farmhouse in the parish of Sefton. Of the 36 dwellings five are two-bedroom single-storey bungalows with the remaining 31 properties being two and three-bedroom two-storey semi-detached and terraced houses.
